The AI model refused the request because the conversation and its files were more text than it can read at once.

What happened

An AI model can only read a limited amount of text in one request. This conversation, together with its files and earlier messages, was more than the model could take, so the model refused it.

What to do

Start a new chat and paste in only the part you need.
Send fewer files at once, or smaller ones.
For a long document, ask about one section at a time.
