The AI model did not answer

Cook could not get an answer from the company that runs the AI model, even after trying again several times.

What happened

Cook sends each piece of work to an AI model that another company runs. That company’s service did not answer: it was down, it returned an error, or it took too long to respond. Cook tried again several times before it stopped.

What to do

  • Try again in a few minutes: send the message again, run the routine again, or give the task to Cook again.
  • If it keeps failing, choose a different model in the model menu under the message box, then try again.
  • trycook.ai/status shows whether Cook’s own services are running.
