When something goes wrong
A connected account needs reconnecting
An account you connected to Cook refused the request, usually because its sign-in expired, changed or was removed.
What happened
This work used an account you connected to Cook, such as your own ChatGPT or Claude plan, or a tool like ClickUp or Gmail. That account refused the request. This usually means its sign-in expired, its password or permissions changed, or the connection was removed.
What to do
- Open Skills & Plugins from your profile menu, choose the Plugins tab, find that account, and connect it again. If it was your Claude plan, Cook shows its own Reconnect Claude prompt.
- Then try again: send the message again, run the routine again, or give the task to Cook again.
