Video to storyboardNew

Give it a YouTube video you want to model, or just a title, and it hands back one Google Doc to shoot your own version from: a full-length script on the reference's structure, a scene-by-scene storyboard, the motion graphics to rebuild and a shot list.

What you get

One Google Doc in your Google Drive, in this order:

Section What's in it
Cover The plan in one paragraph, and the reference: link, creator, publish date, runtime, views
1. Full script Your script, spoken words only, as long as the reference
2. Storyboard Every scene: start time, beat, what's on screen, the shot
3. Reference breakdown The reference beat by beat: time, what's said, what's on screen, up to four frames
4. Motion-graphics scenes Every designed graphic in the reference, with its frames and your version of it
5. Shot list Each camera setup, screen recording, insert and B-roll shot
6. Confirm before the shoot Every number and claim the presenter has to check
Appendix The reference's full transcript

It sends the doc link with the script's word count and estimated runtime, the beats one line each, and the lines it wrote that the presenter should check.

How it works

  1. Finds the reference. Give it only a title or a format ("How I'd invest if I started over") and it searches YouTube for that format in your niche, picks the best performer for its channel size and runtime, and tells you why.
  2. Downloads the video and its transcript. YouTube's own captions, or ElevenLabs Scribe when there are none.
  3. Looks at every scene. It makes contact sheets of the whole video, one frame every few seconds, so it catches the graphics and screen recordings a transcript misses.
  4. Writes your script on their structure. Same beats in the same order, each about as long as theirs, in new words about your subject. Lines you've already written are kept, and every number comes from your own material or goes on the confirm list.
  5. Builds the doc and publishes it to Google Drive, then reads every page back before handing it over. Publishing again updates the same doc, so a link you've shared keeps working.
