Delivering for clients
Brand your workspace
Put your logo, colour, font and product name on everything your clients and your team see, so Cook runs under your name.
What your clients and your team see
With white-label on, the client portal, the team app, the sign-in screens and every email carry your logo, your colour and your product name. The assistant introduces itself by your product name. Cook is not named anywhere a client looks.
White-label is part of the Agency plan. If your plan does not include it, the White-label switch stays locked and the setup list at the top of the section says so.
Where it lives
Settings → General → White-label. The list at the top of that section shows what is done and what is left: your plan, your brand, the two domains, the sending domain and reply routing. Each row links to where it is set.
Set the brand
- Portal logo. A horizontal PNG, JPG or SVG works best. It is shown in the portal rail and on the sign-in screen.
- Colour and font. The colour is used for buttons and links. Pick one of the fonts offered.
- Product name. How your product and its assistant are named across the app and its emails. Leave it empty and your workspace name is used.
- Help centre link and Support link. Where “Help” and “Support” send people. Set them to your own pages.
- Turn on White-label, then Save.
- Turn on Brand the workspace if your own team should see your brand in the app too, not only your clients in the portal.
Check it
Open the client portal as a client (“View as client” on any client’s page) and sign out and back in on the team app. Both should show your logo and name. The setup list turns the “Logo, colour and product name set” row green once all three are filled in.
What is still Cook’s
Your Stripe, your domains and your senders are yours. The platform’s own name appears only in the platform’s own billing to you, never to your clients.
